Smaller homes and rental options in Eastbridge
The City does not publish which condominiums or bungalow townhouses are in Eastbridge, so none are named here. Sort any home you tour into freehold, condominium or rental and ask accordingly. For a condominium, request the status certificate; the Condo Authority of Ontario says a corporation may charge up to $100 including taxes and must provide it within 10 days.
Two nearby names are rentals, not ownership. Parkwood's own website describes Parkwood Garden Homes and Parkwood Suites, on New Hampshire Street, as rental independent living options, with supportive living available if a resident needs assistance. Read its site for current offerings. If renting is under consideration, see the guide to aging in place versus downsizing.

- Is there step-free entry, and a main-floor bedroom and bathroom?

Try the net proceeds calculator. To talk to someone, get matched with an agent on the operating team at eXp Realty. That is not a search of the whole market, and a lawyer should review any agreement.
