Share a few details and we will introduce you to one Waterloo area real estate agent, registered in Ontario with eXp Realty who has experience helping homeowners move to less house.
What happens next
- We review your request and introduce you to one eXp Realty agent who knows your part of town and the type of home you are considering.
- The agent contacts you to talk through your timeline, questions and options. There is no cost for that conversation.
- You decide whether to work together. You are never obligated to hire anyone.
Waterloo Downsizing is operated by real estate agents registered in Ontario and affiliated with eXp Realty. The site is not itself a brokerage and does not represent buyers or sellers. Requests go to agents on our own team, so this is not a search of the whole market. Read the full disclaimer.
